Communication is welcomed Sunday through Thursday, 8 AM-8 PM & Friday 8AM-3PM. Messages sent after hours will be addressed on the next business day unless previously arranged. 

- The primary method of communication will be through email or agreed-upon project management tools.

- Secondary communication (phone or video calls) must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
